Here are some new ideas and lessons to accompany these fabulous children’s books to teach SEL.
Out of a Jar: Feelings Identification/ Letting Feelings Out in a Healthy Way
Kid Tested and Approved! I’ve done this one the past two years and it’s a hit. Easy to implement and a worksheet the kids get really into. ( I have used in 2nd and 3rd grades… but could be adapted.) https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Feelings-PPT-Worksheet-Book-Companion-for-Out-of-a-Jar-9296520
