- Cake Walk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
\n- Different stretches while taking deep breaths.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Follow the leader to a song. (March, Tiptoe, Clap)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Practice calming stretching poses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
4. Independent or Group Activity (5-10 minutes)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\nWrap up the lesson with a hands-on activity that lets students practice the skill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
